Udayan Patel
CEO & Founder
Astikay’s Founder and CEO, Udayan Patel, has over 30 years of medical industry experience – most of which is in design and development of balloons, balloon catheters, stent delivery systems, balloon equipment development, manufacture, and regulatory approval of medical devices.
Udayan has a Master of Science degree in Polymer Science – which gives him a sound understanding of materials, a Master of Science degree in Plastics Engineering – which makes him an expert in processing, and he has an Masters in Business Administration.
He holds 36 US patents and has written over 100 PCT publications.
